UK Delivery

UK delivery is charged at £3.70 on orders up to £14.99, and £5.45 for larger orders. Shipping is free on orders over £40!

Your UK order should be with you around 5-7 working days after purchase.

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, up to 5 days after being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Second class post Recorded, which takes 2-3 working days.  In the unlikely event that there is a delay in dispatching your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will be in contact with you if your order is affected.

International Delivery

Shipping prices for international orders are calculated at check out, based on weight. Please note that My Busy Bots is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order after it has left the UK.

International orders are set at a standard price and can take up to 14 working days to arrive, depending on where you are. We do not take responsibility for delays by Royal mail or items that are lost in the post, please ensure you have included all the correct and relevant postal information.

COVID-19 Update

Deliveries may take longer than usual, due to circumstances outside of our control. In order to #stayhomesavelives we are going to the Post Office a little less often than usual. The Post Office is run by an elderly couple, and rest assured Rita is dispatching your orders as quickly as she possibly can! On top of that, Royal Mail are operating a reduced service. Lots of Posties are off sick or self-isolating, which means less frequent deliveries, and delivery times can vary by area.

Please do allow extra time for delivery, and only contact us if you haven't received your order within 2 weeks.
