COVID-19 Update

Deliveries are taking longer than usual, due to circumstances outside of our control. In order to #stayhomesavelives we are going to the Post Office a little less often than usual. The Post Office is run by an elderly couple, and rest assured Rita is dispatching your orders as quickly as she possibly can! On top of that, Royal Mail are operating a reduced service. Lots of Posties are off sick or self-isolating, which means less frequent deliveries, and delivery times can vary by area.

Please do allow extra time for delivery, and only contact us if you haven't received your order within 2 weeks. We have had an overwhelming response to our appearance on the BBC (yay!) and are doing our utmost to get your Busy Bags to you asap.

If you subscribe to our emails when you place your order, you will receive a free printable direct to your inbox, so you can enjoy a My Busy Bots activity straight away! (Check your spam folder if you haven't received one).

Delivery Terms

Orders are dispatched 3-5 days after being placed. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Second class post Recorded, which takes 2-3 working days. Your UK order should be with you around 5-7 working days after purchase. In the unlikely event that there is a delay in dispatching your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will be in contact with you should your order be affected.

International orders are set at a standard price and can take up to 14 working days to arrive, depending on where you are. We do not take responsibility for delays by Royal mail or items that are lost in the post, please ensure you have included all the correct and relevant postal information.
