Where is my Order?

Due to COVID-19, deliveries are taking longer than usual. In order to #stayhomesavelives we are going to the Post Office a little less often than usual. The village Post Office is run by an elderly couple, and Rita is dispatching your orders as quickly as she possibly can! On top of that, Royal Mail are operating a reduced service. Lots of Posties are off sick or self-isolating, which means less frequent deliveries, and delivery times can vary by area.

Please do allow extra time for delivery, and only contact us if you haven't received your order within 2 weeks. We have had an overwhelming response to our appearance on the BBC (yay!) and are doing our best to get your Busy Bags to you asap. For more details, please see our deliveries page.

What if I can't wait?

When you subscribe to our emails, you will receive a free printable direct to your inbox so you can enjoy a My Busy Bots activity straight away! If you have subscribed - either before or after placing your order - and haven't received it, please check your spam folder just in case it has been misdirected, and add hello@mybusybots.com to your contacts.

Where are your Busy Bags produced?

The majority of our products come from local suppliers. The cards are printed locally (in Surrey, UK), using vegetable ink and biodegradable lamination. The Busy Bags are assembled by hand in the UK by local Mums. Having said that, we are not perfect and know that there are some things we can improve upon. Rest assured we are working on it!

When will an item be back in stock?

We restock our core range of Busy Bags frequently, according to demand.  If a particular item you like is out of stock, the best thing to do is register your email address on its product page and we will let you know as soon as it's back in stock. If there's no email sign up form on the product page, we're not planning on getting more stock in for that item.

What are My Busy Bots Busy Bags?

My Busy Bots bags are activities that will engage little ones and keep them occupied. They can be used either at home or on the go. They are not crafts and are not toys, but instead, use items that will interest your child and keep them busy whilst they play with them. They will help you to steer clear of using screens to entertain your children, and the added bonus is that they will learn about and discover a topic, or develop essential skills like fine motor skills, visual perception skills and more.

What are the benefits of using My Busy Bots Busy Bags?

The activities in these bags will help you to avoid using screens and TV, and keep your children busy. Each activity is designed around a set of developmental skills that will help your child grow and discover. These are all listed on our glossary page.

What skills will be developed using My Busy Bots Busy Bags?

The main umbrella skills that the My Busy Bots bags focus on are Fine motor skills; Visual perception skills; Cognitive skills and Life skills. Please refer to the glossary page for a complete list with descriptions of each. In every My Busy Bots busy bag we list the skills that are being developed.

What is the suitable age range?

We recommend that My Busy Bots bags are used for children aged three and above. Each child develops at a different rate so we have included tips on the information cards in each bag to help you to pitch the activity at the right level. As a parent you know your child best, our age ranges should be used as a guide only.

For Busy Bags marked suitable for 18 months and over, components are larger. While our activities encourage independent play, we always recommend that you supervise your child while they are playing, never leave your child unattended.
